Tell us about your company and what you do?
Crest Wealth Advisors is a fee-only, fiduciary financial planning and investment management firm helping professionals and small business owners in the mid-late stages of their career plan for a successful financial future. My mission is to help people feel more comfortable and confident in their financial strategy by helping align their financial resources with their life goals and make more informed financial decisions. Our work is commonly focused on managing a tailored investment strategy, maximizing cash flow, planning for a flexible retirement, reducing lifetime tax costs, and managing equity compensation.
What motivates you at work?
I was drawn to this industry because of the positive impact I can have on people’s lives, not just in terms of the numbers in their accounts, but by helping people to feel at ease knowing they have someone to guide them through all financial decisions. People trust me with one of the most personal topics, money, and that is not something that I take lightly. I understand the stress that money causes most individuals, regardless of how much they have, and there is no better feeling than when someone tells me how confident they are knowing I am there to assist in their financial management.
What advice would you give to other businesses?
Be passionate about what you do, maintain a positive mindset, and always look for ways to grow and challenge yourself. Running a business can be difficult at times but loving what you do and maintaining a growth mindset will help get you through those challenging periods.

It is in an easily accessible location for clients with free parking, which isn’t easy to come by in the downtown Annapolis area. The conference rooms are perfect for holding meetings with various size groups.
