Tell us about your company and what you do?
Diamond Event Services helps to grow small businesses and startups through strategic planning, marketing, and execution of various events. In addition, we also provide planning and marketing education to our clients.
What motivates you at work?
As an entrepreneur and small business owner, I am passionate about community and collaboration. I truly believe in the statement, “we are stronger together.” My motivation and goal are to inspire fellow entrepreneurs and small business owners to actualize their dreams and reach their full potential through creative solutions.
What advice would you give to other businesses?
I would advise fellow business owners to focus on delivering great service by listening to their clients. It is important to solicit feedback to help them tweak their processes. Additionally, remind themselves about the importance and benefit of community. Build a team and find ways to work together. There is a lot of benefit and success in partnerships.
