Tell us about your company and what you do.
We provide a managed outsourcing service for companies, membership organizations, and local governments looking to outsource their ID Card printing.
Our online service allows customers to easily create and order cards, and with our quick turnaround, we print and ship them out the same day.
What motivates you at work?
I like finding new opportunities to grow the business and am also a big proponent of automation and making systems more useable and effective. As a small business, we always have a multitude of opportunities for us to pursue, which keeps it fun and challenging.
What advice would you give to other businesses?
Listen to your customers! Provide excellent service and believe in the value of what you do and provide to your customers.
Be flexible and always ready to adapt as new opportunities or landscapes change.
